Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to arrange for a return or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receiving the returned items, minus any shipping charges.

Since all our pieces are made to order, we only provide a refund or replace the product if and only if the product is delivered damages. In this case a clear opening video is mandatory. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to avail a refund or replacement.

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
